This award-winning Orren Pickell masterpiece was in desperate need of an update prior to being placed on the market for sale.  With a limited budget, functional upgrades were made (laundry room carpeting replaced with tile, etc.) existing furniture was re-arranged, and accessories were added to better highlight the gorgeous architecture of the space. Great attention was paid to bringing in larger scale pieces to better harmonize with the grand public rooms and re-positioning the furnishings to create intimate conversation groupings.
