That wonderful sofa that was perfect in your last home, looks dwarfed in your new one.  Your kitchen does not afford you with the space or efficiency to entertain the way you'd like.  The lighting that was once fine is no longer adequate.  And sometimes, we just need to breathe new life into our furnishings and finishes to create that welcome ambience.
